Shipping Information

1. “Same Day Shipping” Means that the product will ship under normal stocking conditions with the manufacture. If you are in need of Next Day Delivery please contact C2W, Inc to verify stock with Manufacture and have your order completed before 12:00pm EST.

2. All orders shipped by C2W, Inc is shipped via USPS or Equal Class Carrier. If you require an alternate shipping method please call: 1-866-748-0600 or visit our Contact Us Page.

3. All orders are shipped with standard USPS insurance up to $100. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please call us at: 1-866-748-0600 or visit our Contact Us Page.

4. All orders are shipped without a signature required. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by USPS should be disputed directly with the United states Postal Service. C2W, Inc assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.

For Example: Damaged, and Lost package shipments can be reported to www.usps.com.

5. Upon placing an order you understand and agree that C2W, Inc is not able to stock every item we have displayed on our website. Upon receipt of an order if C2W does not have an item in stock we will order this item from the appropriate manufacture based upon the needs of our customers. This typically takes 2-3 business days to receive items from the manufacture. If for some reason the item you have ordered is under a “backorder” status from the manufacture, C2W, Inc will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order.

International Shipping
The shipping amount quoted you is to your address based on a worldwide calculation by USPS. FREE Shipping does not apply to International Orders. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Remember all orders are final, so be sure to order exactly what you’re looking for.
